Green Rabbit is an e-commerce grocery distributor leading the industry in cold chain solutions shipped straight to your door! We are experiencing rapid growth and looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to our Braintree, MA team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all accounts payable
• Reconciles invoices with Purchase orders
• Ensures invoices have been approved by the appropriate manager
• Posts invoices to proper accounts
• Compile / maintain new vendor application
• Process all bills for payment and ensure all credits / discounts are taken
• Mail out checks with matched invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for
• Efficiently manage the AP mailbox, promptly responding to inquiries from both vendors and internal stakeholders
